My name is Charlene Tucker but most people just call me Charlie. I’m originally from St. John’s but I now live in Paradise with my husband Jeffrey and our husky, Loki. I received my diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2019 through Algonquin College in Ottawa, ON where we lived for almost two years. This is where I first learned about the Montessori method of teaching and fell in love with it! I have just recently completed my Montessori Training and am now certified in Montessori Education for children ages 3-6.
My experience in working with children through the fitness industry as well as the foster care system led me to my love of teaching and guiding children through their early developing years. I am happy to write that I have found my passion in life and I look forward to the next step in my career; my pursuit of a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education!
