Hi, my name is Melissa Synard and I am so excited to be starting a new endeavor. I studied Psychology and Linguistics at Memorial University and recently graduated from the College of the North Atlantic with my Level 1 in Early Childhood Education. I am looking forward to beginning my Montessori Early Learning Training (ages 3 – 6 years) through North American Montessori Center in September.  I owned and operated a day home for many years before deciding I wanted to make a change and am so happy to have become a member of the Early Achievers team. I love working with children as no day is ever the same and their energy and zest for life is so contagious. I have three little girls that I spend every minute I can with and any other free time I do have,  I love to read.
